TREATMENTS

Two ways to be held by sound.

One-to-one sound therapy

ONE-TO-ONE

Sound Therapy Sessions.

During our session I use one or two instruments, depending on the focus of our work. The sound work itself lasts 20-40 minutes, tailored to your individual needs and intentions.

Another part of the session involves a cognitive behavioural therapy approach known as the 7Rs—a reflective talking process that helps explore the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and supports the shift of unhelpful patterns.

Toward the end you'll experience a closing sequence - chime ball, Koshi bell and therapeutic percussion shakers - gradually rising over 5-10 minutes before ending in silence. It gently guides you from deep relaxation back into waking awareness.

RECOMMENDED

Course of 4

For best therapeutic results, sound therapy is usually recommended as a course of four sessions, spaced 5-10 days apart. Every client is unique - we adjust together to suit your journey.

Group sound bath

GROUP

Sound Bath.

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where participants are "bathed" in therapeutic sound vibrations from Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, crystal pyramids and gongs. Sessions usually last an hour, with everyone lying comfortably as instruments are played slowly and intentionally.

Sound baths work through vibration and resonance. Every cell vibrates, and as healing frequencies meet the body's own, the nervous system can shift from fight-or-flight into rest-and-restore. Many people find it feels like very deep meditation - even those who normally find meditation difficult.

As in one-to-one work, a closing sequence gradually returns you to ordinary awareness - supporting emotional and energetic balance.
